Rates

 The prices are valid from 1st January to 31st December and include the breckfast. Drinks are not included in the price for half board

Facilities

The hotel has a garage and private parking, a large congress room, a TV room with a satellite TV and a reading room.

All of the rooms have the following amenities:

- air conditioning or a colonial style ventilator

For breakfast there is a very good buffet with a wide selection to choose from.

During the summer there is a restaurant which serves traditional Umbrian dishes where you can taste those products typical of this land such as olive oil and the renown DOC wines "Colli del Trasimeno", together with fish from the lake and other local farm products, all carefully prepared by an experienced chef.
